This is my 6th year teaching. I taught in Manor ISD in Austin, TX and Garland ISD here in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex. I attended the University of North Texas for my bachelor’s degree and University of Texas at San Antonio for my master’s degree. Before working as a teacher I worked in refugee resettlement with the International Rescue Committee. I live in Plano, TX with my husband, and two year old son and two dogs, Mina and Tilly.
Este es mi sexto año enseñando. Enseñé en Manor ISD en Austin, TX y en Garland ISD aquí en el área metropolitana de Dallas/Ft. Worth. Asistí a la Universidad del Norte de Texas para obtener mi licenciatura y a la Universidad de Texas en San Antonio para mi maestría. Antes de trabajar como maestro, trabajé en el reasentamiento de refugiados con el Comité de Rescate Internacional. Vivo en Plano, TX con mi esposo, mi hijo de dos años y dos perros, Mina y Tilly.
